Frequently asked questions
Does EKG-AI make diagnoses?
No. It is a teacher: an artificial intelligence with specialised EKG training that explains and shows you the leads. Each case's answer key is its official report.
Are the EKGs from real patients?
Yes. Real, anonymized cases, each with an official answer key. Only the Graduation Module's stations use synthetic EKGs, built to train one skill at a time.
What is the difference between EKG-AI 2.6 and 3.0?
2.6 explains your report against the answer key. 3.0 also looks at the patient's EKG with you and shows the leads inside the answer. 3.0 comes with EKG Trainer + AI; 2.6 with EKG Trainer and the free plan. It already sees most EKG Cases EKGs; soon, all of them.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan asks for no card: 10 cases a month, 3 EKG-AI questions and the start of the Graduation Module.
How does the certificate work?
When you pass the Graduation Module's final exam you download a 10-hour certificate in PDF. Every certificate has a code anyone can check on the public verification page.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Can my residency program get free access?
Selected cardiology and emergency medicine programs get full access. The program lead applies through the partnership form.
